US Shipping

We process your orders within 24-28 hours. Once ready for shipping, we send out email notifications that will include shipping and tracking details.

Please be guided that our order processing cut-off time is 12 AM EST; the processing of any orders placed after will be on the following business day. Kindly note that our business hours are from 8 AM to 4 PM, Mondays to Saturdays.

We offer free shipping for all orders over 30 USD. Shipping, excluding processing time, usually takes 5-8 business days.

We also cater to Priority Shipping and First Class Packages request. Excluding the processing time, Priority Shipping takes 1-3 business days. Depending on the parcel size and customer address, First Class Packages take 1-3 or 1-5 business days to complete.

Canada/All Other Shipping Destinations

For non-US orders, order processing takes 3-5 business days. You will also receive email notifications upon shipment.

We do not offer free shipping for non-continental US destinations.

The corresponding shipping fee depends on the parcel’s weight and customer address. Please note that non-US customers may also be charged additional customs fees depending on the regulations set by their country. We will notify you of these charges upon checkout.

Excluding processing time, delivery typically takes 6-10 business days. This estimate is still subject to change depending on the courier.
