We take huge pride in the decades-long history and legacy of Black & Bossie. We are proud and firmly believe in our products—this is why your satisfaction is our utmost priority.

Damages and Issues

  • Black & Bossie is no longer liable once we forward the package to the courier. In the process of shipping, we cannot be held accountable if the package is lost or stolen.
  • Upon receipt of your order, we highly encourage you to inspect it immediately. Take a photo or video if the item/s you received is/are damaged or defective. Email orders@blackandbossie.com the photo or video and your order number to receive store credit of the same value as the damaged items you received.
  • Did we send you the wrong item? Kindly take a photo or video of it. Email orders@blackandbossie.com the photo or video and your order number for prompt action on our end.

Returns/Exchanges/Refunds

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at orders@blackandbossie.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, plus instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

If you realize you ordered the wrong items upon receipt, kindly note that Black & Bossie is not liable for it. You will have to place a new order for the correct items to exchange them.

For refund requests, we will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded through your original payment method. Please note that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Cancellation Policy

Only orders that have not been shipped out can be canceled.
